    105001 - Mens Open Basketball

    Join us Monday evenings for games of fun and friendly competition. Teams are formed each night by supervisor and players are rotated in for full court play. Walk in participants ($5 per night) will be allowed to play only when attendance by registered, rostered players drops below 12. Program is for adults, children under 18 should not accompany participants to the program.

    105002 - Coed Adult Volleyball

    Teams are formed each night by supervisor. Tuesday evening is for persons with volleyball skills (not a beginner class) who are looking to join others for games of fun and friendly competition. Wednesday evening is for the advanced player, designed for persons able to bump, set and spike with the ability to play as a team in a more competitive setting. Walk in participants ($5 per night) will be allowed to play only when attendance by registered, rostered players drops below 12. Program is for adults, children under 18 should not accompany participants to the program.

Chad White Wolf Koch teaches techniques of Tai Chi using a variation on the Yang long form and elements of Chi Gong. Using the form and exercises, participants will practice using and manipulating their energy to create opening and health in their body, mind and spirit. Wear comnfortable clothes that allow a range of movement.

    205014 - Bellafit Boot Camp Session 1

    Start your day with an invigorating total body workout in one of Brookfield's wonderful parks! You'll workout alongside other encouraging people while you set the tone for a healthy day. All fitness levels are welcome. A variety of exercises will be performed and all the equipment you need will be provided. Stress reduction, reduced body fat, increased strength, confidence, balance and fitness are a few of the benefits past participants have seen. Please bring a workout mat and water to class. All classes must be used within the 4 weeks you are regisered for. Program meets at Kiwanis Park, 8820 Brookfield Avenue on Mondays, Ehlert Park, Congress Park and Elm Avenues, on Fridays.     In a fast-paced world, taking time to get back to feeling calm and centered can be a wonderful experience for the body, mind and spirit. Join us for this 45 minute class that combines movement, music, affirmations and guided meditation. Classes will be held under the bandshell at Kiwanis Park. All are welcome.
